From 2022 (and before) to 2023, heading towards (yet another) extraordinary year?

Reflections on team growth, resilience, and navigating uncertainty in the tech landscape.

Don't worry, I'm not going to give you yet another article about the day-by-day successes of the team in 2022. Last year, I didn't write an article about the transition to the new year, and the one on 2020 to 2021 was more focused on resilience in the face of the crisis, specifically the COVID crisis.

This year, I want to take a different approach. Instead of listing achievements, I want to reflect on what we've learned and where we're heading.

The tech landscape is shifting faster than ever. What worked yesterday might not work tomorrow. But some principles remain constant: focus on quality, serve your users well, and never stop learning.

Our team has grown not just in numbers, but in capability and vision. We've weathered economic uncertainty, adapted to new market conditions, and continued to build tools that we believe make a real difference.

Looking ahead to 2023, we're doubling down on what we do best: building algorithmic solutions that help people make better decisions. Whether it's through yourtext.guru, Babbar, or our consulting work, our mission remains the same.

The emergence of large language models has changed the game in many ways. But rather than seeing this as a threat, we see it as an opportunity. Our deep expertise in search algorithms and semantic analysis positions us uniquely to leverage these new technologies.

Here's to another year of building, learning, and pushing boundaries. Thank you to everyone who has supported us along the way.
